The PALACETE CORPORATIVO INMOBILIARIO trademark, including the word and graphic elements that make up its registration, is registered with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) under registration number 2445930, for services in Class 36. Its use, reproduction, imitation, or commercial use by third parties requires the prior and express authorization of its owner.

All other content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, designs, logos, graphic elements, advertising materials, videos, documents, and other content, is the property of Palacete, its respective owners, or is used with the corresponding authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Its reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, commercialization, or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior and express authorization of Palacete or the corresponding rights holder.

In particular, the photographs, descriptions, listings, and other materials related to the properties published on the Site may not be used by third parties to promote, advertise, or market properties without the corresponding authorization.

Access to or use of the Site does not grant the user any license, authorization, or right with respect to the trademarks, trade names, logos, content, or other protected elements appearing on it.

4. Products and Services
